Hi folks
First let me start by saying i'm not a boxer, or a fighter of any sort, i'm a bit of a pussy actually. Anyway, since my retirement from the fine sport of motocross due to injury a few years ago I have lost all will to train and stay fit. Fitness bores me unless its half interesting, I do love watching boxing on the tele and what not and think maybe it will be a fun and interesting way of keeping fit?
I have no passion whatsoever to do any fighting/sparring/setting foot inside a boxing ring (I rather hate getting punched in the face!), but I would love to come along and make at least a half assed attempt at doing some fitness training with you guys.
Do you guys let people come down and train but not fight/spar? If so, let me know and I would love to come along.
