do you still train tues and thurs gary?? me and mark were sparring earlier there, it was gd crack.
if there is anyone thinking about joing and your serious, just turn up for a few weeks, its a pound a night, the cheapest youll find anywhere and the training is first class.
lastly this is a good oppurtunity to plug my youtube videos, go and check them out, some awsome mixes and other cool stuff, supporrt your local team!
