With work, training, coaching, 3 kids and trying to keep on top of paperwork the website gets a few hours a month if it iis lucky. The idea was to set it up and get some help from others in the gym too. Pity no one else seems to want to help.

The site will probably be closed soon as the domain names etc will expire soon an I dont think I'll he redoing them.
